The platform provides an integrated, cloud-native physical security solution. The company raised $10.5M in a Series A funding round. YourSix says it will use the funds to support broader market penetration and accelerate its YourSixOS platform. The round was led by Vocap Partners and joined by Eastside Partners.

Liine also automates follow-up for online form submissions and other asynchronous patient inquiries. The company is led by CEO Brad Blaser and CRO Charlie Wiin and is based in Raleigh, NC. Liine raised $3M in funding and said it will use the proceeds to accelerate product development and go-to-market initiatives. Ramsay Battin and Arun Mohan, MD, will join the company’s board of directors as part of the deal.

TextUs integrates with customer relationship management and applicant tracking system platforms, as well as other enterprise software such as human resource management systems, making texting a seamless extension of current business systems. The company says it will use proceeds from the Series C to accelerate product innovation and expand go-to-market efforts. TextUs plans to expand its nationwide team and hire approximately 40 employees over the next several months. The financing is intended to accelerate the company’s growth across product and market channels. TextUs offers a business-class text messaging and real-time communication platform that enables personalized text campaigns to become 1:1 conversations and lets teams manage multiple conversations from a single inbox. The product supports scheduled messaging and combines voice and texting outreach in a single dashboard tied directly to customers' ATS or CRM. TextUs serves customers across sales, staffing and recruiting, SaaS, higher education, HR, healthcare, property management, financial services, and nonprofits. The company plans to use the funds for strategic investment in product expansion, team development, and improving customer satisfaction. TextUs is led by CEO Ted Guggenheim and is based in Boulder, Colorado. The company also secured an expanded debt facility alongside the equity financing.

AllCloud is a global professional services company based in Tel Aviv that provides tools for cloud enablement and transformation. Its services include cloud consulting, modernization and development across AWS and Salesforce, and it is an AWS Premier Consulting Partner and a Salesforce Platinum Partner. Led by CEO Eran Gil, AllCloud serves clients worldwide including Rakuten Rewards, Harel Insurance and Valtec Mobility. The company launched in 2014 and has raised over $26m to date. The most recent $18m funding will be used to explore expansion through acquisition and to enhance the scope of its services. AllCloud provides professional services focused on Salesforce consulting, implementations and managing customer applications on AWS and Google Cloud. It was an early Salesforce partner and offers global delivery through offices in Israel, Munich and Berlin. The company acquired Figur8, a Salesforce-focused professional services firm, to strengthen its Salesforce expertise and gain a foothold in North America. Figur8 brings offices in San Francisco, New York, Toronto and Vancouver, and its co-founders will remain at AllCloud in senior North America roles. AllCloud raised a $7 million funding round and said the new capital gives it flexibility to grow organically or via further acquisitions. The company also announced Eran Gil as CEO while current CEO Ronit Rubin will become GM of EMEA.
