Lindus Health
65 Southwark Street, London, SE1 0HR, United Kingdom
Overview
Lindus Health provides an end-to-end platform that automates many parts of the clinical trial process, including protocol generation using machine learning trained on historical data. The company pairs its software with on-staff medics, doctors, technologists, clinical operations and regulatory personnel to deliver full trials. Lindus says it has directly enrolled and provided treatment for more than 35,000 patients across Europe and the U.S. Its work covers drug and medical-device trials for conditions such as asthma, acne, chronic fatigue syndrome, diabetes, hypertension, weight management and social anxiety. The company plans to accelerate expansion by moving its global headquarters from the U.K. to the U.S., beefing up its commercial go-to-market team, expanding into more complex trial types, and deepening integrations with third-party tooling. Lindus is also exploring additional AI applications, including real-time clinical-trial data analysis. Lindus Health builds an end-to-end, tech-first CRO platform that centralizes electronic data capture, applies AI/ML for real-time data monitoring, and offers a protocol-generation proof-of-concept trained on historical protocols and public data. The company says it automates routine site tasks to improve engagement, speed recruitment, and improve data quality, and exposes trial data through a centralized dashboard. Lindus has delivered more than 80 clinical trials since its 2021 founding in London and has expanded from non-drug products into drug trials while focusing on common conditions such as depression, diabetes and insomnia. The team trains models to flag trial risks and suggest improvements, and is developing tooling to reduce manual protocol iteration and data-errors. With a recent fundraise and existing investor base, Lindus plans to ramp up its presence across Europe and North America and extend support to additional indications like tinnitus, menopause and childhood myopia. Founded in March 2021 by Michael Young and Meri Beckwith, Lindus Health is developing a full-stack clinical trial platform meant to modernise how trials are run. The company positions itself to centralise trial delivery and replace labour-intensive, antiquated processes that rely on pen and paper and disparate systems. Lindus focuses on working with startups and growth-stage healthcare companies to deliver trials faster, safer, and cheaper. Its stated mission is to accelerate research for the next generation of healthcare companies and improve patient access to new treatments. The company launched publicly with seed funding to scale its team and advance its platform. Early hires and advisors are being recruited to combine industry expertise with technology capability as Lindus aims to disrupt life sciences research.
