    Participated · Seed · Feb 2026

Oska Health offers an AI-supported coaching platform that pairs certified health coaches with digital therapy tools to deliver continuous care for high-risk, multimorbid patients suffering from chronic kidney disease, diabetes, hypertension, and other long-term conditions. Through video calls, chat, and a dedicated app, coaches translate physicians’ recommendations into day-to-day actions, aiming to boost medication adherence, strengthen health literacy, and lower avoidable hospitalisations. The company’s proprietary AI augments care teams by triaging patient needs and reducing administrative workload, making personalised chronic-care support scalable. Operating for more than three years, Oska Health has demonstrated its ability to keep patients engaged between medical appointments. The newly raised capital will fund further expansion of its AI infrastructure and broaden access to its hybrid care model across Europe. Financial details beyond the recent seed round have not been disclosed.

  • Circle Health

    Participated · Seed · Feb 2026

Circle Health is building Circle OS, an integrated preventive-care operating system that aggregates data from wearables, laboratory tests, and clinic visits to generate personalized, proactive health programs covering metabolic health, hormonal balance, fatigue, and gut health. The platform uses AI to assist clinicians with individualized insights and care recommendations, aiming to improve both patient experience and clinical outcomes. Complementing the software, the company operates a hybrid clinic model that combines physical locations with digital follow-up, first launched in Berlin in 2023. Since opening, the Berlin clinic has served several thousand patients across numerous appointments and reports high patient-satisfaction scores. Circle Health plans to replicate this model in additional German cities, including Munich, Hamburg, and Düsseldorf over the coming year. The fresh capital will fund continued product development and national expansion. No revenue figures were disclosed, but the company emphasizes strong early patient traction and satisfaction metrics.

  • CertHub

    Participated · Seed · Jan 2026

CertHub offers an AI-first platform that streamlines regulatory compliance for medical-technology companies by automating Quality Management Systems, Technical Documentation, and audit-ready workflows integrated with Notified Bodies. Its software has already been used in validated pilots and real audits, with customers citing 40–80% time savings and roughly 60% faster time-to-certification under the EU Medical Device Regulation. By reducing cost, uncertainty, and regulatory friction, the solution aims to accelerate the introduction of critical medical technologies to market. The company’s roadmap includes scaling adoption among European MedTech manufacturers, deepening integrations with Notified Bodies, and entering additional regulatory jurisdictions such as the United States and China. Future product development will focus on AI-driven audit, documentation, and agentic compliance features. The recent seed financing provides the capital required to fund these expansion efforts.

  • Holo

    Led · Seed · Nov 2025

Founded in 2024 by former Factorial executives Francesc Navarro, Emilio Rodríguez, and Sergio Mosquera, Holo delivers an all-in-one preventive-health platform that lets users book comprehensive lab tests, sync wearables such as Apple Watch, Garmin, and Oura, and receive doctor-reviewed reports grounded in functional medicine. The service maps more than 110 biomarkers—covering inflammation, hormones, longevity indicators, and more—into a dynamic personal health dashboard designed to flag risks before symptoms appear and to optimise daily performance. Integrated AI interprets the combined biomarker and wearable data to generate personalised recommendations, positioning Holo as a “Revolut of health” for everyday consumers. The company currently partners with Laboratorios Echevarne in Spain and plans to add further medical integrations and clinical collaborations across Europe. Proceeds from its recent financing will fund continued product development, new medical modules, and expansion within Spain ahead of a broader European launch slated for 2026. Although still pre-revenue and early in user acquisition, Holo aims to capitalise on growing consumer demand for proactive, longevity-focused healthcare solutions. Its mission is to become Europe’s leading preventive-health and longevity platform.
