Launched in Austin in late 2016, Locale has expanded to Houston and Nashville and now leases and manages more than 150 furnished apartments for short and extended stays. The company plans further expansions with developers of upscale Class A multifamily properties in San Francisco, Houston’s Texas Medical Center, Santa Monica, and Denver, with those properties slated to be available for bookings in Fall 2019. Locale intends to use new funding to enhance accommodations and technology, grow brand awareness, and expand into new markets.
