Overview
Cumul.io provides a low-code business intelligence platform focused on embedded analytics for SaaS applications. Customers can connect nearly any data source, use drag-and-drop tools to customize dashboards, white-label the output and embed it via a code snippet to serve thousands of end users. The company positions itself against incumbents like Tableau and Looker but emphasizes ease of rollout and scalability for product and engineering teams that might otherwise build in-house solutions. Founded out of Belgium in 2015, Cumul.io counts venture-backed SaaS scale-ups such as Dixa among its customers. More than a third of its revenue already comes from the North American market. With the new funding it plans to bolster headcount across its Leuven and Genk offices and its New York hub. Cumul.io offers a low-code analytics platform and an embedded analytics product that customers integrate into their own SaaS applications to build dashboards and analytical features. The embedded product, launched two years ago, is positioned to reduce customers' time-to-market for analytics from more than six months to a few days. The company was launched five years ago in Leuven and today maintains an office in New York City. Cumul.io serves over 190 SaaS companies across 30 countries, with roughly 25% of its revenue coming from the U.S. Growth plans include accelerating the product roadmap—specifically building a new query engine to handle large datasets—and doubling the team in its main markets. The company is pursuing these initiatives alongside the newly raised capital to fuel further expansion.
