MadEats operates a full-stack, delivery-only restaurant group with virtual storefronts, ghost kitchens and an in-house fleet of riders. Launched in November 2020 and a Y Combinator alum, the company runs three ghost kitchens in Makati, Quezon City and the City of Manila and manages six brands including Yang Gang, Chow Time, Fried Nice, Dot Coffee, MadBakes and MadMakes. Its core technology, MadEatsOS, provides automated order routing and analytics to scale multi-brand operations. The company handles most deliveries with its own riders while also partnering with third-party logistics providers and listing on GrabFood and Foodpanda. More than 50% of orders reportedly come through its own platform, Madeats.co. MadEats plans to expand coverage across northern Metro Manila, add new brands (including smash burgers and Japanese food) and eventually open physical storefronts.
