Its average developer financing ticket is around R$8 million, with past transactions previously in the R$15–20 million range and recent operations up to R$50 million; it also finances individual home construction with average tickets near R$1 million. Makasí raises funding for its lending via CRIs and has pursued both equity and securitization-based capital strategies. The startup is expanding a tested Minha Casa Minha Vida-focused line to support early project expenditures like land purchase and launch while aiming to broaden its market reach through technology investments.
