In 2025 the company expanded to more than 350 franchise dealerships, powering over 1 million customer conversations, booking 130,000+ sales and service appointments, and enabling more than $45 million in dealership revenue while saving 1.5 million human hours. Mia’s team has scaled to 50+ employees and brings over 100 years of combined automotive experience, which informs product design tailored to real dealership workflows. The company positions itself as a foundational communications layer for modern dealerships and plans to unveil additional product innovations at NADA 2026.
