- Mia Labs
Participated · Series A · Jan 2026
Founded in 2023, Austin-based Mia Labs develops Mia, an AI ‘super employee’ that answers calls, books appointments, and engages customers across sales, service, and reception channels for car dealerships. The platform integrates with existing dealership systems and replaces call centers, IVRs, and disparate chat tools with a single AI-native solution that operates 24/7 in multiple languages. In 2025 the company expanded to more than 350 franchise dealerships, powering over 1 million customer conversations, booking 130,000+ sales and service appointments, and enabling more than $45 million in dealership revenue while saving 1.5 million human hours. Mia’s team has scaled to 50+ employees and brings over 100 years of combined automotive experience, which informs product design tailored to real dealership workflows. The company positions itself as a foundational communications layer for modern dealerships and plans to unveil additional product innovations at NADA 2026. To date, Mia Labs has raised $29 million in venture funding, giving it substantial resources for continued product development and market expansion.

Since launching in 2024, Pathwork has analyzed over 10,000 cases, supported more than 65 brokerages and carriers, and helped retain millions in commission payments. The company says its technology speeds quoting and placement, reduces errors and back-and-forth, and improves customer experience for brokers and carriers. Based in San Francisco, Pathwork plans to use new funding to accelerate adoption among brokers and carriers nationwide and expand usage of its AI-driven tools.
