Overview
Founded in 2020, Microamp develops the Any-G mmWave AI-RAN Wireless Platform—an allegedly fully reconfigurable, software-defined system that adapts across 3GPP standards, frequency bands, network modes and 6G features. The company designs, builds and delivers end-to-end mmWave networks and purpose-built radios targeting deterministic performance and high uplink throughput for commercial and defence customers where resilience, security and jamming resistance are critical. Microamp says its systems support critical infrastructure such as ports, logistics hubs, public transportation, media production, mass events and specialised military missions. Management claims deploying the Any-G mmWave network can reduce infrastructure ownership cost by five times while expanding next-generation network features. With the recent EIC grant and equity award, Microamp intends to accelerate development of its AI-RAN platform and strengthen a European ecosystem for next-generation networks. The company positions itself to become a European champion in industrial and critical connectivity by delivering indigenous 6G and future-G solutions with transparent architecture and supply-chain control.
