Million Victories is an independent game studio co-founded in 2017 by Benoît Ducrest and Céline Allary in Lyon, France. Its flagship franchise, Million Lords, is a mobile MMORTS that has amassed close to two million downloads. The studio focuses on creating innovative game experiences intended to revitalize and revolutionize MMO genres. Million Victories plans to use the Series A proceeds to expand the global presence of Million Lords and to grow its offering for players. That roadmap includes an all-new upcoming 3D update to Million Lords as well as entirely new games in the future. The company raised €6m in Series A financing led by Eurazeo and Griffin Gaming Partners. Million Victories is a Lyon-based mobile game development studio and the maker of Million Lords, a multiplayer online 4X strategy war game. Million Lords has more than 500,000 downloads, a 4.4 Apple App Store rating, strong annual growth, and players average 90 minutes per day in the game. The title's seasonal calendar, classic strategy–inspired gameplay, and conquest system drive high engagement and monetization that exceeds comparable games in the segment. The studio plans to use new funding to increase headcount, scale its user base, and develop additional core mobile games to diversify its portfolio. Specific investments include marketing and user acquisition (including hiring a User Acquisition Manager), improvements to live competitive events, a new artistic direction, and deeper social integration features. Million Victories aims to grow Million Lords into an essential strategy-game title across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
