MiNA is also running TIMEPOINT, a Phase I/Ib study of MTL-CEBPA with pembrolizumab in advanced solid tumours and plans a Phase 2 study of MTL-CEBPA in combination with sorafenib for advanced liver cancer. The company is advancing a pipeline of proprietary saRNA programs across oncology and other severe metabolic and genetic diseases. The recent Series A equity financing of £23 million (~$30 million) will fund clinical development and pipeline research.
