Mission Brasil

452 Rua Pastor William Richard Schisler, Florianópolis, SC, Brazil

Overview

Founded in 2016 by Thales Zanussi and Eduardo Parucker, Mission Brasil operates an on-demand labor marketplace that links corporate customers such as Natura and Mercado Livre to freelance workers. The company pays workers the day after task completion, funding the gap until enterprise clients settle their invoices, and monetizes by charging fees to those corporate customers. Its platform has amassed one million registered missionaries across more than 5,000 municipalities and is growing by roughly 30,000 new users each month. With the latest capital, Mission Brasil plans to strengthen working capital, enhance product development, and more than double headcount from 77 to about 150 employees, particularly in commercial and operational roles. Management aims to add roughly 20 new enterprise clients per quarter. The company projects 125% growth over the next year and anticipates tripling revenue en route to 210% overall growth by 2026. These initiatives position Mission Brasil to scale its leadership in Brazil’s expanding flexible-labor market.
