MoMark Services operates a mobile app-based customer engagement platform and mobile wallet aggregation service for retailers. The company provides tech-enabled tools intended to help offline retailers adopt modern customer engagement functions. It plans to use the new funding to strengthen its technology platform and product offering, expand presence in existing and new markets, and hire top talent. MoMark reports an adoption base of over 160 merchants across 58 cities and says more than 250,000 unique customers transact via its platform. The company has processed over 10 lakh transactions worth Rs 7.63 crore. MoMark was founded in 2012 by Rajesh Sanghi, a former IBM employee who has mentored and invested in startups.
