YourNest Venture Capital is a SEBI-registered early-stage venture capital fund that invests in deep technology, ‘Pre-Series A’ Start-Ups. Its first fund, YourNest Angel Fund which was established in 2012, has raised INR 90 cr. Fund I is fully deployed and has invested in 16 startups. Its second fund, YourNest India VC Fund II was launched in 2016. It is raising a corpus of INR 450 cr. The fund invests in the new, connected economy and Deep-Tech start-ups represented by the Internet of Things (IoT), Robotics, Electronic System Design, Enterprise SaaS comprising Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain, among others, with start-ups having a B2B business model being the prime focus. YourNest believes in being a ‘Nurture Capital’ where its team of partners work as ‘enablers’ for investee companies in diverse fields across technology, marketing, global reach and leadership development.

    Perkant Tech was founded in June 2020 and develops Abhay Parimiti, a seven-inch-screen portable device the company describes as an AI-integrated system that analyses over 700 body signals to produce an automated health assessment in under 60 seconds. The company lists the device price at Rs 20,000 and says it manufactures from facilities in Madhya Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh. Perkant claims the system provides instant indicators across cardiac and respiratory health and for measures such as pre-diabetes, glucose, haemoglobin and bilirubin, and markets the platform as a ‘digital doctor’ and a multi-disease prognosis range. The firm holds a granted Indian patent and has filed a U.S. patent application; however, the articles note no peer-reviewed clinical validation and no public evidence of clearance from India’s medical device regulator. Perkant reported successful pilots and a planned commercial launch, but the articles state there are no publicly reported customers, deployments or revenue. The company participated in the Qualcomm Women Entrepreneurs India Network cohort and showcased the device at Nokia’s 6G laboratory event, with six employees listed in mid-2024.

The company plans to use new capital to expand into additional cities and vehicle categories and to strengthen R&D as it scales its energy and asset-management offerings.

It currently manages over 1.5 lakh IoT assets in more than 20 cities and tracks roughly 3 million units of energy consumption each month. Aliste reports its systems can reduce energy bills by up to 20% and has enabled savings of around 3,28,000 kilograms of CO2 per month. Following the Rs 30 crore pre-Series A financing, the company plans to boost R&D in energy-focused solutions and expand distribution of its enterprise offerings.

Its technology enables industries including construction, warehousing, agriculture, mining and ports to monitor assets, automate workflows and improve operational efficiency. The platform delivers real-time insights and optimized asset management for heavy-asset environments. Co-founded by Amiya Samantaray, Nataraj Sahoo, Amrit Biswal and Asish Sahoo, the startup positions itself as the digital backbone for industrial operations. Datoms reported operating revenue of Rs 5.57 crore in FY25, up from Rs 3.09 crore in FY24, reflecting robust growth. Losses widened to Rs 5.82 crore from Rs 4.38 crore as the company continued to invest in expansion. Proceeds from the latest funding will be directed toward scaling growth initiatives, meeting operational requirements and other general corporate purposes.

    Founded in 2022 as Ethereal Exploration Guild (formerly EtherealX), The Guild is developing Razor Crest Mk-1, a medium-lift, fully reusable rocket capable of delivering up to 24.8 tonnes to Low Earth Orbit and 10.8 tonnes to Geosynchronous Transfer Orbit. Both the booster and upper stages are engineered for recovery and re-flight, targeting launch costs of about USD 500 per kilogram. The vehicle is powered by two in-house engines: the 1.2 MN semi-cryogenic Stallion for the first stage and the 80 kN Pegasus for the upper stage, which employs a Full-flow Segregated Cooling Cycle to enable upper-stage reusability. The company is expanding its infrastructure with a new BASE-002 facility in Andhra Pradesh to support integrated engine and stage testing, supplementing its existing BASE-001 site in Tamil Nadu. Upcoming milestones include engine-level and stage-level testing of its technology demonstrator. Following its Series A round, The Guild’s valuation has risen 5.5× to USD 80.5 million, and its total funding stands at USD 25.5 million. The fresh capital will finance further development and flight qualification of Razor Crest Mk-1.
