Monq

167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom

Overview

London-based Monq has developed a strategic negotiation platform that blends LLM-based reasoning, contract intelligence and behavioural science to assist enterprises in closing supplier agreements worth $1 million to $100 million. The system employs multiple AI agents that analyze past deals, supplier performance data and negotiation patterns to suggest levers or autonomously conduct talks, while letting human teams set parameters and retain oversight. In early pilots, the product reportedly cut costs by up to 40 percent, sped deal cycles by as much as five-fold and unlocked millions of dollars in incremental value for customers. Monq operates on a subscription model today and is considering a future value-based pricing structure tied to the savings it generates. Founded in April by Revolut and Deutsche Bank alumni Yasin Bostancı and Duygu Gözeler Porchet, the company targets the $10.4 trillion strategic procurement market, one of the few core enterprise functions still largely manual. With new funding, Monq plans to scale pilots, build out full-time engineering and product teams across the EU, US and Middle East, and deepen its commercial rollout. The firm has not yet disclosed revenue figures or user counts but is focused on expanding its early enterprise customer base.
