Founded in 2017, Morphle Labs builds robotic and imaging systems that digitise and automate key steps in tissue diagnostics. Its flagship products include RoboTome, a robotic microtome that slices biopsy blocks faster and more consistently than manual methods, and MorphoLens, a slide scanner capable of digitising over 100 slides per hour. By combining robotics, precision hardware, optics and computer vision, the company aims to reduce technician bottlenecks and backlogs that plague anatomic pathology labs worldwide. Morphle has filed more than 80 patents across robotics, optics, embedded systems and imaging, underscoring its technology and IP focus. With traction already reported among leading labs in the United States and Europe, the firm plans to expand globally, scale manufacturing, and pursue regulatory approvals. The new capital will also be used to grow its team and deepen its R&D efforts, positioning Morphle to streamline the entire diagnostics chain over time.
