myBiometry is developing fenoTRACK, a portable non-invasive breath test that measures fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) to detect type 2 airway inflammation in asthma and COPD patients. The company says FeNO data helps identify patients at risk of exacerbations and that FeNO-guided therapy can reduce exacerbation risk by 38–50% in adults and children. myBiometry uses connected monitoring and intelligent diagnostics to detect exacerbations up to 20 days in advance and deliver proactive, actionable data to patients and clinicians.
