    Participated · Equity · May 2026

Signos offers an FDA-cleared, over-the-counter continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) system combined with an AI engine that scores meals and activities based on each user's glucose responses. The platform provides personalized feedback to help users understand which foods and behaviors drive glucose changes and to track trends toward weight-management goals. Signos positions its offering as complementary to GLP-1 medications by providing metabolic self-knowledge that supports long-term results. The company has grown tenfold over the past six months and is expanding distribution through a partnership with Dexcom, which will make Signos available on Stelo.com. Signos was founded in 2018 with a stated mission to eliminate obesity, and its product requires no prescription. The recent $20 million raise is intended to accelerate the company's growth and broaden access to its system.

  • Oura

    Participated · Series D · Dec 2024

Oura makes a wearable ring that collects biometric signals and translates them into health insights via the Oura App. Its platform surfaces patterns in sleep, activity, physiological stress and recovery to help members understand how behaviors and routines affect health. The company recently introduced GLP-1 Insights, which lets members log medication use and compare it to biometric trends; over 100,000 members have recorded GLP-1 use in the app. Oura positions its product to support continuous monitoring between clinical visits and to inform long-term care journeys for chronic conditions. The company received an undisclosed equity investment from Eli Lilly to accelerate development of more personalized, connected health experiences.

  • myBiometry

    Led · Seed · Nov 2024

myBiometry is developing fenoTRACK, a portable non-invasive breath test that measures fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) to detect type 2 airway inflammation in asthma and COPD patients. The company says FeNO data helps identify patients at risk of exacerbations and that FeNO-guided therapy can reduce exacerbation risk by 38–50% in adults and children. myBiometry uses connected monitoring and intelligent diagnostics to detect exacerbations up to 20 days in advance and deliver proactive, actionable data to patients and clinicians. The company is completing development and preparing fenoTRACK for regulatory submission; its products are in development and have not yet been cleared by the FDA. myBiometry raised an oversubscribed $5 million Seed round to advance development and regulatory plans. Headquartered in Massachusetts with operations in Indiana, the company targets a large addressable market of asthma and COPD patients globally.
