MYFLEXBOX is an open smart locker network provider that installs, runs, and maintains Austria’s largest open-access network of parcel lockers. Founded in 2018 by Jonathan Grothaus, Peter Klima and Lukas Wieser and based in Salzburg, the company has established over 360 facilities serving express logistics firms, e-commerce companies, and end users. Its offering combines automated parcel lockers (APMs) with self-developed software to provide last-mile logistics services that reduce CO2 emissions and improve operational effectiveness. The company plans to use new capital to scale into new markets—especially Germany—expand its workforce, and deepen partnerships with parcel and logistics providers. MYFLEXBOX aims to grow its parcel stations to 4,000 by the end of 2025.
