MyGlamm is a Mumbai-based marketplace that connects stylists, beauticians and nail and spa aestheticians with consumers for on-demand at-home hair, beauty, nail and spa services. Led by CEO Darpan Sanghvi, the company has launched an Artist Incubators program to train and incubate professionals before onboarding them to the platform. In September 2016 MyGlamm raised approximately $6 million in a Series A funding round. Backers in the round included L’Occitane International, Tano Capital and Brand Capital. The company intends to use the funds to expand its services across India and internationally.
