MyPoppins operates an online marketplace and virtual assistant (Pop) that lets users book cleaning professionals in about 45 seconds and guarantees a minimum price of €9.95 per hour. The platform allows Poppins to receive and accept offers on their own schedules and had more than 250 active Poppins at year-end. In its first year the startup completed 8,500 services totaling over 25,000 cleaning hours and earned an average user rating of 4.4 out of 5. Monthly growth averaged roughly 30% and repeat-service rates exceeded 40%. The company intends to use the new capital to solidify its national presence across existing Spanish cities and to begin international expansion. Founders are Aleix de Castellar (CEO), Rubén Vilar (CTO) and Marta Caparrós (CMO).
