Mystic Games is a blockchain gaming development studio building Web3-integrated mobile games and allowing players to earn free-to-own NFTs organically through gameplay. The studio is developing an upcoming mobile title called Call of the VoYd. It currently operates with a team of six whose members have worked at Miniclip, Voodoo, Rovio, and King. CEO and co-founder Matthew Buxton previously served as a game design director and senior game designer at Rovio and King. The company says it aims to deliver accessible experiences for native and new Web3 players and to democratise digital ownership. Mystic plans to use its recent funding to grow the team and continue development on Call of the VoYd.
