The platform aims to replace legacy banking technology with an intuitive, efficient, cloud-era lending solution that delivers personalised, streamlined and fast customer experiences. Näktergal positions itself to enable customers to get up and running quickly, scale without limits, and remain competitive in a complex and evolving market. Founded/launched in 2015, the startup has raised €2 million to date, including a recent €1 million financing. The company says it is already experiencing success in Sweden and Finland and will use part of the new funding to enter the German market in the coming months. Management frames the market as being at a pivot point where larger banking institutions must transform their lending services, and sees Näktergal as well positioned to support that shift.
