N.THING is a physical-AI agriculture company that provides N.FARM.AI, a fully integrated farm-management platform offering AI-based environment control, real-time crop monitoring, yield prediction, and end-to-end business analytics. The system will be deployed across eight floors (4,040 pyeong / ~13,354 m²) of the forthcoming IM Farm Tower, Korea’s first building-type vertical farm, which is expected to produce about 1,000 tons of high-value crops annually once completed in 2027. N.THING has accumulated ten years of cultivation data and operational know-how that it is now commercializing through B2B contracts with growers and developers. The company says it has already secured a 20 billion-won business pipeline for 2024. Looking ahead, it will use fresh capital to enhance N.FARM.AI, develop new high-margin crops such as strawberries and herbs, and launch global expansion beginning with Indonesia. Management is simultaneously preparing a Series C raise and working with Samsung Securities on a prospective KOSDAQ listing.
