Nabriva Therapeutics AG is a Vienna- and Philadelphia-based biotechnology company focused on the discovery and development of pleuromutilin antibiotics. Its lead product, lefamulin (BC‑3781), is the first systemically available pleuromutilin for human use and is entering pivotal phase 3 studies for community-acquired bacterial pneumonia (CABP).
