Nagisa operates FAM, an all-in-one, no-code fanclub platform that enables talents and creators to build fan sites with video streaming, live broadcasts, blogs and other community tools. The platform offers core fanclub functions free of charge and emphasizes a talent- and creator-first user experience. Since launching FAM, Nagisa has been adopted by over 150 sites and the company’s prior app development businesses have achieved a cumulative 40 million downloads. Nagisa aims to expand into a leading Japanese fanclub platform used by multi-talented performers, artists, actors, idols, YouTubers and influencers. The company completed a management buyout in January 2023 and this Series A is its first external fundraising post‑MBO. Proceeds will be directed to product development, hiring, and strengthening the company’s management and operational base.
