Nanda Technologies develops a high-throughput full-wafer inspection system used in semiconductor manufacturing, based on a proprietary optical design and image-processing software. Its technology increases inspection speed while maintaining high sensitivity, enabling inspection of every wafer in the process flow rather than sampling.
