Neocase Software provides a SaaS HR service management platform (branded HR Ready©) that uses AI and Big Data to personalize employee requests and automate day-to-day HR tasks. The product targets large enterprises with remote HR needs and the company is extending its offering to mid-market organizations of 1,500+ employees. Neocase says it serves more than 150 clients operating in 180 countries, with about 80% of its clients having 10,000+ employees. The company grew 22% in 2019 and targeted more than 20% growth in 2020 despite the Covid‑19 crisis. Neocase plans to boost R&D and sales efforts and accelerate international expansion into the DACH region (Germany), the Nordics and the UK. The company is headquartered in Paris and maintains offices in London, Amsterdam and Boston. Neocase was founded in 2001. Neocase Software builds software to streamline customer service operations and also provides internal services for human resources, financial resolution and facilities management. The company serves large enterprise clients including Toshiba, L’Oreal and Air France, and announced healthcare consultancy FOX Systems has signed on. Headquartered in San Francisco, Neocase brought in new funding to support product development. The new $10 million fourth-round investment will be used to finalize applications tailored to the retail, healthcare and software sectors, slated for release in 2009. The company previously raised $6.5 million in 2006 from the same investors who participated in the recent round. The company was spun out of the Supporter Group in 2001 and has recently relocated from Paris to San Francisco. Neocase raised $6.5 million in its third funding round led by Iris Capital, with participation from Caisse des Depots et Consignations (CDC) and the Supporter Group. The new capital will be used to support the company's expansion efforts in the U.S.
