NEOK Bio is a biotechnology company headquartered in Palo Alto, California, that is building a pipeline of next-generation bispecific antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) to improve cancer treatment outcomes. By leveraging ABL Bio’s antibody-engineering expertise and its own SYNtecan E linker-payload technology, the company designs bispecific ADCs that simultaneously target two tumor antigens with the goal of enhancing efficacy and safety relative to conventional, single-target ADCs.
