NEOK Bio is a biotechnology company headquartered in Palo Alto, California, that is building a pipeline of next-generation bispecific antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) to improve cancer treatment outcomes. By leveraging ABL Bio’s antibody-engineering expertise and its own SYNtecan E linker-payload technology, the company designs bispecific ADCs that simultaneously target two tumor antigens with the goal of enhancing efficacy and safety relative to conventional, single-target ADCs. NEOK’s lead candidates are NEOK001, a bispecific ADC against ROR1 and B7-H3, and NEOK002, which targets EGFR and MUC1; both assets are intended for a broad range of solid tumors across thoracic, gastrointestinal, and gynecological indications. The company plans to file IND applications for both programs by early 2026 and to begin Phase 1 trials in mid-2026 in the United States, with initial data expected in 2027. Longer-term, management intends to establish NEOK as a leading U.S. player in bispecific ADCs and to broaden its pipeline by pursuing additional validated targets. NEOK emerged from stealth with a $75 million Series A round, providing the capital needed to progress the two lead assets into the clinic and expand internal R&D capabilities. No revenue or clinical data have been disclosed as the company remains in the preclinical stage.
