Neon (fka Cityneon Holdings) creates immersive, IP-driven exhibitions and themed experiences in partnership with major studios and institutions. Its portfolio includes collaborations with The Walt Disney Company, Marvel Entertainment, 20th Century Studios, Hasbro, NBCUniversal, Lionsgate and Warner Bros., plus government-backed original artifact exhibitions in Peru and Egypt. The company’s experiences have reached visitors in more than 50 cities globally. Neon plans to use newly raised capital to expand into new markets, acquire additional IP, build technological capabilities via its in-house R&D, and establish new lines of business. Management, led by CEO Ron Tan, intends to shore up the balance sheet as part of its growth strategy.
