Management also intends to pursue strategic software acquisitions that can plug into the UltraGreen.ai ecosystem. Following its latest fund-raise, the company is valued at US$1.3 billion and expects to become cash-flow positive quickly in large emerging markets through high-volume procedures. The fresh capital gives UltraGreen.ai its first institutional backing, which CEO Ravinder Sajwan believes will add credibility and broaden partnership opportunities.

After privatizing and delisting from the Singapore Exchange in 2021, Hi-P has grown revenue from SGD 1.6 billion ($1.19 billion) at that time to a projected revenue of over SGD 2 billion ($1.48 billion) in 2024. To accelerate its next stage of growth and advance toward a potential public listing, Hi-P has partnered with 65 Equity Partners and accepted a SGD 100 million ($74.06 million) investment. The company will work with the investor on strategy, leadership succession and board strengthening while leveraging 65 Equity Partners’ network to sustain and expand global growth.
