Nest Fragrances is a New York-based maker of luxury fragrances founded in 2008 by Laura Slatkin. It produces more than 20 home fragrance collections including scented candles in several sizes, reed diffusers, liquid soap and hand lotion, and in 2012 launched the NEST Fine Fragrances Collection of eau de parfum sprays, roller balls and luxury body cream. Overall the company offers a collection of over 30 home and fine fragrances. Products are sold in North America through a wholesale network of luxury specialty department stores, beauty product stores, boutique stores and spas, as well as its online flagship NESTFragrances.com. Eurazeo made an approximately $70M majority investment via Eurazeo Brands in partnership with Slatkin, with Tengram Capital Partners as the seller. The funds will be used to diversify product offerings, build consumer awareness and expand across retail and digital channels, and Slatkin will remain Founder and Executive Chairman while Nancy McKay will continue as CEO.
