Neverless was founded by three former Revolut executives: Phuc To, Mikael Peydayesh and Arthur Johanet. The app lets users buy over 400 crypto tokens directly using Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfers and blockchain transfers. The product emphasizes access to meme coins and relatively rare, low‑liquidity tokens and routes trades to the appropriate trading venues to secure better prices. Neverless advertises no fees on buy/sell using bank transfers, blockchain transfers, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with a 1% fee only for Apple/Google Pay transactions above $1,000. The company generates revenue by passing interest on some cryptocurrencies to users and offering automated trading strategies (high‑frequency arbitrage and market‑making) from which it can take a share of returns. Neverless has secured a MiFID license and will need to comply with the incoming MiCA rules; earlier this year it raised $6.7 million in a seed round.
