Newarc is a proptech startup that uses AI-driven valuation and instant-buying services to purchase, renovate and resell homes. Its Tiresia valuation AI is trained on 70 variables and over one million properties to produce precise estimates and agent-ready reports. The company offers free valuations and can make immediate purchase offers when homes meet its standards. Newarc is developing a second-generation render configurator and the Newarc Immagina service to show renovated homes via furnished floorplans, virtual tours and video renders. Founded in 2021 and based in Chieri (Turin), Newarc was accelerated by HabiSmart in 2022. The startup says it will use the new funds to expand into Turin, Milan and Rome and to accelerate development of its proprietary technologies.
