Newarc is developing a second-generation render configurator and the Newarc Immagina service to show renovated homes via furnished floorplans, virtual tours and video renders. Founded in 2021 and based in Chieri (Turin), Newarc was accelerated by HabiSmart in 2022. The startup says it will use the new funds to expand into Turin, Milan and Rome and to accelerate development of its proprietary technologies.
