NewCore builds an identity platform designed to manage both human employees and autonomous AI agents as first-class identities with permissions, lifecycle controls, and revocation mechanisms. The company uses a split-key architecture to divide critical credentials between customers and the platform and offers integrations (Agentic Skill packages) for AI coding assistants to act as managed identities. NewCore emerged from stealth and has grown to more than 50 employees across the U.S. and Israel, and is working with fewer than 10 customers and more than 10 design partners. The startup expects to begin charging customers in the summer following its seed close. Founders include Zohar Alon (formerly founder of Dome9), Amihai Neiderman, and Erez Yarkoni. After the seed, NewCore was valued at $300 million post-money.
