- Onyx Security
Participated · Series B · Jul 2026
Onyx Security is developing an agent-native security and governance platform that continuously discovers enterprise AI agents, inspects every step of their reasoning, and intervenes when necessary to block, require human approval, or redirect agent actions. The unified control plane gives security teams visibility, posture management, and runtime protection, while helping governance teams satisfy regulatory requirements and enabling infrastructure teams to optimize cost, accuracy, and latency. Executives can also track AI adoption and performance metrics through the same dashboard. The system is powered by proprietary supervisory agents and in-house AI models purpose-built to understand and manage other agents in real time. Co-founded by cybersecurity veteran Maxim Bar Kogan and former Nvidia AI researcher Gil Elbaz, the company already serves multiple Fortune 500 customers and employs more than 70 people across Israel, the United States, and Canada. Headquartered in New York and Tel Aviv, Onyx plans to use its new capital to expand product and engineering teams, build additional AI models, and scale go-to-market efforts. The business has raised $40 million to date but has not publicly disclosed revenue or user numbers.
- Glow
Led · Series B · Jul 2026
Founded in 2025 and headquartered in Palo Alto, Glow builds an endpoint security platform that uses specialized AI agents to continuously map enterprise environments, assess risk in real time, and enforce security policies. The platform integrates models from Anthropic and Google’s Gemini via Amazon Bedrock while adding proprietary software to provide enterprise context and improve model reliability for security tasks. Glow says it already has paying customers across healthcare, retail, and financial services and that typical deployments span tens of thousands of employee devices. The company reported having nearly 100 employees, roughly 70% of whom are based in Israel and the remainder in the U.S. Glow has claimed specific prevention and detection outcomes, including blocking malicious npm packages, identifying AI agents attempting to pull in risky software, and finding devices with missing or degraded endpoint detection tools. The startup positions itself as preventing risky software and AI agents from entering enterprise environments rather than primarily detecting threats after they emerge.
- NewCore
Led · Seed · Jun 2026
NewCore builds an identity platform designed to manage both human employees and autonomous AI agents as first-class identities with permissions, lifecycle controls, and revocation mechanisms. The company uses a split-key architecture to divide critical credentials between customers and the platform and offers integrations (Agentic Skill packages) for AI coding assistants to act as managed identities. NewCore emerged from stealth and has grown to more than 50 employees across the U.S. and Israel, and is working with fewer than 10 customers and more than 10 design partners. The startup expects to begin charging customers in the summer following its seed close. Founders include Zohar Alon (formerly founder of Dome9), Amihai Neiderman, and Erez Yarkoni. After the seed, NewCore was valued at $300 million post-money.
- A Security
Led · Seed · Jun 2026
A runs an autonomous offensive security platform that acts like an AI-powered attacker to find real attack paths and then helps remediate those weaknesses before real hackers exploit them. The company emerged from stealth upon announcing a $37 million funding round and plans to use the capital to scale go-to-market and advance its product roadmap. Its founders include CEO Yossi Torati, formerly of Sygnia, and cofounders with backgrounds at Check Point, Hunters, and Israel’s Unit 8200. A targets enterprise customers in finance, healthcare, critical infrastructure, and technology, and has already demonstrated the ability to surface large exposures—one proof-of-concept uncovered 1.2 million sensitive customer records. The startup positions itself as a continuous alternative to periodic manual simulated attacks, arguing that traditional cadence-based testing is inadequate against AI-augmented attackers.
- Cyera
Participated · Series G · Jun 2026
Founded in 2021, Cyera builds data security and governance tools aimed at enterprises and has said its customers include about one-fifth of the Fortune 500. The company reported its revenue more than tripled in 2025 and sources told TechCrunch it has surpassed $150 million in ARR. Cyera remains unprofitable and has been using new capital to cover operating losses while scaling sales and hiring—PitchBook reported roughly 500 new jobs this year. It has also deployed funding for acquisitions, including Ryft and Genie Security. Company spokespeople disputed some of the financial figures reported by sources.
