  • Dominion Dynamics

    Led · Series A · Jun 2026

Dominion Dynamics is developing an Autonomous Collaborative Platform and a delta-wing autonomous combat aircraft, internally named "Scout," intended to operate alongside Royal Canadian Air Force F-35A fighters on Arctic missions. The Scout is designed to carry heavy weapons payloads and to operate over thousands of miles using satellite communications. The company aims to complete a subscale prototype within 18 months and is moving into a 35,000-square-foot facility near Ottawa on 1 June to support manufacturing and testing. Dominion Dynamics was founded by Erik Pence, a former executive at Anduril Industries. Financially, the company has secured C$50 million from Canada's National Research Council plus a C$21 million seed round led by Georgian with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation.

  • Cyera

    Participated · Series G · Jun 2026

Founded in 2021, Cyera builds data security and governance tools aimed at enterprises and has said its customers include about one-fifth of the Fortune 500. The company reported its revenue more than tripled in 2025 and sources told TechCrunch it has surpassed $150 million in ARR. Cyera remains unprofitable and has been using new capital to cover operating losses while scaling sales and hiring—PitchBook reported roughly 500 new jobs this year. It has also deployed funding for acquisitions, including Ryft and Genie Security. Company spokespeople disputed some of the financial figures reported by sources.

  • Expo

    Led · Series B · Apr 2026

Founded in 2015, Expo provides an end-to-end open-source platform and cloud tooling for building, deploying, and maintaining production-ready mobile applications with React Native. The company reports powering apps used by hundreds of millions of people and cites close to 4 million weekly downloads and a community of over 3 million developers, with customers including Phantom, Pizza Hut, MTA and PrizePicks. Expo recently launched Expo Agent, an agentic mobile expert in public beta intended to help scaffold projects, debug native integrations, and recommend deployment configurations. The company positions itself to shorten the path from idea to production and to support builders from solo founders to enterprise teams. After raising $45 million in Series B funding led by Georgian, Expo plans to accelerate core platform development, deepen native integrations, improve developer experience, and expand enterprise-grade performance, security, and compliance.

  • Replit

    Led · Series D · Mar 2026

Replit, described as a “vibe-coding sensation,” offers an online platform designed to make software creation approachable for a broad audience. After nine years of development, the company made a controversial shift away from exclusively targeting professional developers and toward non-programmers, a move its CEO credits for its recent traction. In September, Replit reported it was on track for $150 million in annualized revenue. The company has since told Forbes it aims to reach $1 billion in annual recurring revenue by the end of the year. Replit’s valuation has soared from $3 billion in September to $9 billion just six months later. The fresh capital is expected to support further product expansion and community growth, although specific road-map details were not disclosed. Founder and CEO Amjad Masad notes that this momentum follows nearly a decade of steady iteration.

  • Render

    Led · Series C · Feb 2026

Render operates a modern, fully managed cloud designed to let application developers deploy and scale web services, containers, and real-time AI workloads without managing underlying infrastructure. The San Francisco-based company offers services such as WebSockets, containerized workloads, infinite-runtime processes, a global CDN, DDoS protection, private networking, and auto-deploys from Git. More than 4.5 million developers use Render, with over 250,000 new users joining each month, making it one of the fastest-growing cloud platforms globally. Render has become a preferred choice for AI-native startups because its architecture supports stateful, long-running and distributed AI applications and agents. The company is now building a unified AI application runtime that will combine compute, durable execution, high-speed storage, LLM orchestration, and observability into one platform. Early-access features such as Render Workflows (for durable execution) are already available, and forthcoming launches include object storage, code-execution sandboxes, shared filesystems, and an AI gateway. Including its latest round, Render has raised $258 million to date, underpinning continued investment in product expansion and go-to-market growth.
