Next Generation Finance Invest is a Zug, Switzerland-based financial trading platform and investment company focused on electronic trading and investment platforms. Led by founding partner Robert Lempka, the firm invests in companies positioned to benefit from finance 2.0 megatrends. Its portfolio includes ayondo, Gekko Global Markets, OANDA, StockPulse, yavalu and 2iQ. Following a CHF5.5M funding round led by Singapore-based private equity firm Luminor Capital, the company will convert from an investment company into an operational holding company. It plans to delist from the BX Berne eXchange as part of that transformation. The company intends to use the proceeds to further develop the business.
