It recently opened a Singapore office and received an additional SGD5m investment from Singapore-based private equity group Luminor Capital to fund international expansion.

TriReme Medical develops, manufactures and commercializes percutaneous devices to treat complex coronary and peripheral arterial disease. The company is based in Pleasanton, California and its portfolio includes two CE marked products: the Antares® Coronary Stent System and the Glider™ PTCA Balloon Catheter. Antares is a proprietary main vessel stent designed to adapt to a broad variety of bifurcation lesions for predictable provisional stenting results. The Glider PTCA Balloon Catheter is designed to overcome limitations of conventional balloon catheters when treating complex disease. TriReme intends to use new capital to ramp up worldwide commercial activities and continue internal R&D programs. Management also plans to pursue key regulatory approvals in large markets including the US, Japan and China.
