Noble operates a marketplace that enhances employer branding with deep company profiling, professional communities, and blockchain-recorded referrals to reduce fraud. The platform is free until hire, using a pay-per-hire model where a sum equal to two months' gross wages is blocked for three months and, if the hire remains, 80% of the commission is paid to the first three referrers. The startup says blockchain prevents repeated gaming of referrals and aims to shorten senior hiring from roughly three months to two–three weeks.
