Noble operates a marketplace that enhances employer branding with deep company profiling, professional communities, and blockchain-recorded referrals to reduce fraud. The platform is free until hire, using a pay-per-hire model where a sum equal to two months' gross wages is blocked for three months and, if the hire remains, 80% of the commission is paid to the first three referrers. The startup says blockchain prevents repeated gaming of referrals and aims to shorten senior hiring from roughly three months to two–three weeks. Noble has built a minimal viable product, has a team of 12, and is running pilots with Experian and Siteground (sourcing more than ten candidates for Experian in early tests). Financially, the company has raised €250K to experiment with the concept and is seeking additional capital to finish the platform. Founders plan a security token offering (STO) to further fundraise and expand beyond the local market.
