Overview
Northspyre is a cloud-based platform that automates financial tracking and project delivery for real estate owners and developers, using automation, data analytics, and artificial intelligence to deliver proactive, data-driven insights. It is positioned as the industry’s first purpose-built operating system for teams managing complex projects across asset classes including multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use. The company reports it has facilitated more than $44 billion in client capital projects and is used by over 130 customers in nearly every major U.S. city. Since its Series A in 2020 Northspyre says it has grown 6x and expanded from initial New York and Boston markets to a national footprint. The company plans to use new funding to bring its solution to additional U.S. and select international markets, launch new products, and further refine its core offering. Named customers include Madison Realty Capital, Leggat McCall, and SunCal. Northspyre provides a cloud-based intelligence platform that uses automation, data analytics and proactive insights to help real estate teams manage development, capital and asset projects. The software is designed to replace spreadsheets, manual workflows and legacy applications, enabling teams to deliver projects faster and more efficiently. Since launching in 2017, Northspyre has expanded into most major US markets, served more than 35 customers and facilitated over $13 billion in capital projects. During the COVID-19 pandemic the company experienced its highest user engagement since founding as customers relied on its cloud platform for remote collaboration. Management says customers save up to 30% of their time and between 2–8% in overall project costs by using the product. Northspyre plans to reach more customers and enhance offerings for existing users while continuing to transform traditional real estate project delivery methods.
