    Bite builds customizable, user-friendly self-service kiosk ordering software for fast-casual and quick-service restaurants and convenience stores. Its platform integrates with existing tech stacks to improve order accuracy, increase throughput, and enhance customer satisfaction. Bite uses a patented AI, called Bite Lift, to analyze each transaction in real time and provide personalized upsell recommendations that drive higher average checks. The company reports its software helps more than 1,100 restaurant locations and yields average check-size increases of about 20%. Bite plans to invest in scaling its technology with existing partners, onboarding new clients in its pipeline, and expanding focus to enterprise restaurant brands, emerging fast-casual concepts, and innovative c-stores. Recently secured funding (see deal) will be used to accelerate growth and continue development of its technology capabilities.

It is positioned as the industry’s first purpose-built operating system for teams managing complex projects across asset classes including multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use. The company reports it has facilitated more than $44 billion in client capital projects and is used by over 130 customers in nearly every major U.S. city. Since its Series A in 2020 Northspyre says it has grown 6x and expanded from initial New York and Boston markets to a national footprint. The company plans to use new funding to bring its solution to additional U.S. and select international markets, launch new products, and further refine its core offering. Named customers include Madison Realty Capital, Leggat McCall, and SunCal. Northspyre provides a cloud-based intelligence platform that uses automation, data analytics and proactive insights to help real estate teams manage development, capital and asset projects. The software is designed to replace spreadsheets, manual workflows and legacy applications, enabling teams to deliver projects faster and more efficiently. Since launching in 2017, Northspyre has expanded into most major US markets, served more than 35 customers and facilitated over $13 billion in capital projects. During the COVID-19 pandemic the company experienced its highest user engagement since founding as customers relied on its cloud platform for remote collaboration. Management says customers save up to 30% of their time and between 2–8% in overall project costs by using the product. Northspyre plans to reach more customers and enhance offerings for existing users while continuing to transform traditional real estate project delivery methods.

The company intends to use the Series A proceeds to expand its team with hires across engineering, marketing and product development. It also plans to continue research and development into categories including tantrums, sleep, language and screen time.

Breezeway currently supports more than 3,500 clients and powers operations for over 265,000 properties across 85 countries, underscoring meaningful global traction. Revenue figures were not disclosed, but the large installed base signals material recurring SaaS income. The company plans to use new capital to accelerate product development and scale go-to-market efforts. Headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, Breezeway is led by founder and CEO Jeremiah Gall. Management aims to deepen feature sets that further automate property care and elevate guest satisfaction for professional vacation rental managers.
