Nucleus4D offers a browser-based platform that captures physical spaces and reconstructs them into interactive 4D digital twins using advanced spatial capture, 3D Gaussian splatting, and AI-driven reconstruction. From a single on-site capture, the system generates self-guided tours, live virtual showings, cinematic videos, floor plans, measurements, and structured spatial data. Since its launch in Q3 2025, the company has digitized more than 25 million square feet of residential, commercial, and hospitality space and secured approval to list its immersive experiences on a major real-estate marketplace. Current customers include real-estate media firms, brokers, and enterprise partners seeking more accurate and reusable spatial content. While real estate and hospitality are the initial focus, Nucleus4D’s long-term vision is to create a foundational spatial data layer that both humans and machines can analyze and understand. The newly raised capital will expand engineering and product teams, scale capture and processing infrastructure, and accelerate development of its web viewer, live collaboration tools, and spatial data pipeline.
