  • Smart Bricks

    Participated · Seed · Feb 2026

Founded in 2024 by Mohamed Mohamed, Smart Bricks is developing an agentic AI platform that ingests more than one million proprietary and public data feeds to analyze supply, pricing, liquidity, regulation and risk across global real-estate markets. The system ranks the top 0.1% of properties by expected risk-adjusted return and automates up to 99% of the traditional workflow—from valuation and underwriting to negotiation, financing and post-transaction support—compressing a months-long process into minutes. Designed for both retail and institutional investors operating in hubs such as Dubai, London, New York and Miami, the product serves as the AI operating system rather than a broker marketplace. Future plans for the freshly raised capital include further platform development, expansion of AI-driven underwriting and execution workflows, and scaling coverage across additional key markets. The company has been recognized by TechCrunch (Top 200) and Onstage Europe (Top 20) and is an alumnus of Google AI First, Microsoft GrowthX and NVIDIA Inception. Backers also include Techstars, 500 Global and Cornerstone VC, and the leadership team brings experience from BCG, McKinsey, Blackstone and Goldman Sachs. To date, Smart Bricks has secured $5 million in external funding.

  • Nucleus4D

    Led · Seed · Jan 2026

Nucleus4D offers a browser-based platform that captures physical spaces and reconstructs them into interactive 4D digital twins using advanced spatial capture, 3D Gaussian splatting, and AI-driven reconstruction. From a single on-site capture, the system generates self-guided tours, live virtual showings, cinematic videos, floor plans, measurements, and structured spatial data. Since its launch in Q3 2025, the company has digitized more than 25 million square feet of residential, commercial, and hospitality space and secured approval to list its immersive experiences on a major real-estate marketplace. Current customers include real-estate media firms, brokers, and enterprise partners seeking more accurate and reusable spatial content. While real estate and hospitality are the initial focus, Nucleus4D’s long-term vision is to create a foundational spatial data layer that both humans and machines can analyze and understand. The newly raised capital will expand engineering and product teams, scale capture and processing infrastructure, and accelerate development of its web viewer, live collaboration tools, and spatial data pipeline. Prior to this financing, no other funding rounds were disclosed.

  • PraxisPro

    Participated · Seed · Jan 2026

PraxisPro develops a standalone, enterprise-integratable platform that uses small language models trained on life-science data to coach pharmaceutical, medical-device, and other healthcare-focused sales reps. Its conversational AI agent lets reps role-play up to 15 typical interactions with healthcare providers, helping them refine messaging, anticipate pushback, and remain compliant with strict industry regulations. Founded by former sales professionals Cam Badger and Bhrugu Giri, the company was launched in 2023, with its first product released in 2025. Badger positions the tool as a way to ensure innovative therapies reach patients by improving the quality of commercial interactions. PraxisPro differentiates itself from broader sales-training tools by limiting its models to highly specific sector data sets. The recently secured seed funding will be directed toward further research and development. Financially, the company has raised $6 million to date through this seed round; no revenue or user metrics were disclosed in the article.

  • Empromptu

    Participated · Seed · Dec 2025

Empromptu is an AI service that lets enterprise users, even those without technical backgrounds, build and ship AI-enabled software by conversing with a chatbot. A customer can request an HTML or JavaScript app in plain language and the system automatically generates the code, while optional large-language-model (LLM) tooling enables fine-tuning and customization. The platform also supports adding AI features to an existing codebase and includes built-in evaluation, governance, reliability, and self-improvement features so the resulting software is production-ready. Co-founded by serial entrepreneur Sheena Leven and AI researcher Sean Robinson, Empromptu positions itself as the step beyond “vibe coding,” competing with offerings like Replit. Near-term product plans include developing additional proprietary technology and deepening support for customers in regulated or highly complex industries such as hospitality. The company intends to accelerate hiring across engineering and product to execute on this roadmap. To date, Empromptu has secured $2 million in outside capital, which funds its early operations and growth.

  • CircNova

    Led · Seed · Feb 2025

CircNova develops a deep-learning AI platform called NovaEngine that the company says can predict circular RNA structures and design novel, non-coding circular RNAs for therapeutic use. The startup also operates a wet lab that produces physical circular RNA molecules for validation and research, including collaboration with the University of Michigan. Its platform can reportedly move between sequence and structure to reverse-engineer and design candidate molecules. Target indications the company cites include ovarian cancer, triple-negative breast cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, and rare genetic diseases. Cofounded by CEO Crystal Brown, CSO Joe Deangelo, and chief business officer William Grenawitzke, CircNova was founded in May 2023 and splits activity between Michigan and Boston to be near potential partners. The company has secured early grant funding (including an initial $15,000 grant and a $25,000 NSF grant that led to its first patent application) and recently closed a $3.3 million seed round to advance its platform and wet-lab capabilities.
