Odsy Foundation, established in August 2022 and led by Executive Director Sean Lee, is dedicated to fostering and developing the Odsy Network ecosystem. The Odsy Network, led by Omer Sadika, is building a secure and programmable access control layer for Web3 through a new crypto primitive called dWallets. dWallets are programmable, transferable signing mechanisms that live on the decentralized Odsy Network and can sign transactions on practically any blockchain. The foundation promotes research, education, development and partnerships to accelerate dWallet adoption and supports development of a universal access control layer following decentralized, open platform principles. The network is still in development, and there are already over 10 projects actively building in the Odsy ecosystem, many of them VC-backed (including dWallet Labs and Fun). The organization intends to use the newly raised funds to expand operations and further development efforts.
