Overview
OfficeRnD provides software solutions for coworking spaces (OfficeRnD Flex) and businesses (OfficeRnD Hybrid). Led by CEO Miro Miroslavov, the company has grown rapidly since its founding in 2015. It serves a customer base of over one thousand companies across 70 countries. The company received a strategic investment from Blue Star Innovation Partners to accelerate business growth and product development. The capital injection, coupled with BSIP’s operational, software, and integrated payments expertise, is intended to speed expansion and enhance product offerings. The partnership also aims to expand OfficeRnD’s global reach into North America and leverage operational partners. OfficeRnD provides a platform that automates key business processes for coworking and flexible workspaces and integrates with technologies such as access control, wi‑fi, and printing. The company also offers white‑label apps for members to book rooms, self‑administer, and engage with the workspace community. Since launching in 2017, the London‑based startup has tripled its revenue year‑over‑year and is used by over 100 businesses across more than 1,000 locations worldwide. Flashpoint Venture Capital notes the team incubated R&D in Bulgaria; the company says it has built market leadership in the US and UK. Management plans to use the new funding to speed growth, deepen product functionality, improve user experience, and expand services. OfficeRnD positions itself to help commercial real estate owners and operators manage the operational and community aspects of flexible working. OfficeR&D operates a white‑label platform used by coworking spaces and offices to manage their spaces and revenue. The company says more than 100 offices currently use the service. It is based in London and Sofia and was founded with help from Pi Labs, a London proptech VC. CEO Miroslav Miroslavov frames the product around a “workspace‑as‑a‑service” model. After the raise the startup plans to triple its staff and invest further in product development. Investors and company leadership describe coworking management as an underserved but growing market.
